Birth Certificate

Birth or Death registration has been done in the State of M.P. as per Birth & Death Registration Act and M.P. Birth & Death Registration ruling. Accordingly every Birth is to be reported and registered at the place of its occurrence in the prescribed reporting forms.

Application for obtaining Birth Certificate:- This Service of Planning, economic and statistics Department can be avail through various channels enabled by MP Govt. e.g. e-KYC, LSK, CSC, MPO Kiosks.
